LYDIA “BOSS LADY” HARRIS

Houston native Lydia “Boss Lady” Harris

is back with her newly formed entertainment company,

Lydia Harris Entertainment (LHE).

This iconic and charismatic motivator

whose knack to discover and develop new music talent is

a force to be reckoned with.

Lydia has chartered a groundbreaking career in the American recording industry

as an original co-owner of

hip hop record label Death Row Records

the West Coast powerhouse that launched the career of Snoop Dogg

and produced albums by Dr. Dre

 and the late Tupac Shakar.

Lydia took on the additional responsibility at the record label

after her then husband stepped down from his position

Not only did she develop  more chart topping talent,

she oversaw all facets of the label’s recruitment,

 marketing and promotion of artist.

After the demise of Death Row Records,

while some may have thought it was also the end of Harris,

she was actively working and strategically planning her next move

which resulted into the makings of an empire.

Never having the full creative control the way she wanted,

Lydia saw fit to launch L.H.E which has already birthed

her published  tell all book,

Married To The Game: A Story of Love and Waiting

and a docudrama Welcome To Death Row,

which she is the executive producer.

Showing a dexterity for work in the entertainment industry,

Harris is quickly adding to her impressive

resume of being a successful business woman.

Having been a vanguard in breaking down barriers

for female visionaries in the music world,

in 2014, she has inked a distribution deal with In Grooves

and Universal that catapulted her next big venture,

the release of a compilation cd,

Judgment Day which will feature good music

from various artist all over the country.

The first single is from artist Iesha featuring Snoop Dogg, titled, “Jam”.

“This project will be like one big gumbo

with genres of R&B, Hip Hop and Mainstream, she recently stated,

fans will be able to get the cd on iTunes

as well as other digital outlets, FYI stores and other retail stores.”

The cd is slated to be released July 2015.

Like many great entrepreneurs mastering one art was not enough.

In addition to conquering  the role of A&R, author and CEO,

she is a humanitarian, chef and life coach.

With so much already accomplished Lydia Harris is just at the

beginning of making and leaving her mark in the entertainment world.

IESHIA THOMAS

Being a part of the solution of life’s challenges is part of Ieshia’ core values.

As an Oklahoma singer and songwriter,

IESHIA, as she is now becoming nationally recognized, has been helping to find solutions

for the homeless and the children impacted by those conditions.

The introduction into the world of service began when her father, then a transit driver,

invited a person in need of shelter into their home.

IESHIA worked with the rest of the family to provide food and shelter

for those in need from the time she was a teenager.

Today, IESHIA, is expanding her area of service to be a voice for those battling HIV/AIDS.

She has served as grand marshal for AIDS Walk OKC in Oklahoma City.

“The numbers are increasing across the country,” IESHIA said.

“If I can use my voice here in Oklahoma and around the country to make people aware

of the importance of direct care, food and resources, then things will change.”

“Now that IESHIA is recording with IT Music Group,

She can write songs with lyrics that will empower

and remind folks that it is our responsibility to help others,” IESHIA said.

“This vehicle allows me to take my message to the masses.”

In March 2014, IESHIA landed the number two spot

on the countdown chart here in Oklahoma on KRMP 92.1

with her single called That’s for me ft Sabrina Antoinette.

IESHIA has opened for KID INK, Omarion, T Pain, KIRKO BANGZ,

PROBLEM, YG, and YUNG NATION just to name a few.

With her new single JAM ft. SNOOP DOGG,

IESHIA is one step closer to making her dream come true,

dreams that have included becoming OKLAHOMA”S own POP, R&B, Hip Hop Artist star.

The road map to my future is not etched in stone, but I am open to all the possibilities.

WALK THIS JOURNEY WITH ME,

IESHIA
